1. What areas do you tutor?
Answer: “We tutor students preparing for their NCLEX RN, NCLEX PN, HESI, and TEAS7 exams. We also tutor Nursing students in subjects such as A&P, Med Surg, Maternity/Peds, etc.”
2. How do I schedule a tutoring session?
Answer: "Contact us through our website: http://nursecoachacademy.org/ to schedule an appointment.”
3. What is your availability?
Answer: “Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm EST, and Sat-Sun 9am-3pm EST. Yes, for your convenience we now offer evening and weekend tutoring sessions to fit your BUSY schedule! This option is great for nursing students and working adults."
4. How long are tutoring sessions?
Answer: "Sessions are typically 60 minutes long.”
5. What topics do you cover?
Answer: “NCLEX exam prep, nursing school coursework, etc.”
6. Do you offer A) group tutoring or B) One-on-One tutoring?
Answer: “Yes, we offer both! Our 1:1 session is most popular because of the individual attention given to each student. It’s private and confidential. If you prefer a group session, please contact our office at: 1-888-838-4099, Ext 2.”
7. How will I be billed?
Answer: "Payment is due prior to the session via debit/credit card, PayPal, etc. We also offer “AFFIRM/SHOP, pay-in-four installment plan.”
We get it-nursing school can be tough on your wallet. That's why we offer flexible payment options. No need to commit to a big package up front. Just pay for each session as you go, and we'll be here to support you every step of the way."
8. How many sessions will I need?
Answer: "It varies from student to student. The first session is usually an “Assessment Session” whereby the student is given a short assessment exam to determine their strengths and weaknesses. The tutor then determines approximately how many sessions the student will need. For NCLEX re-testers, the tutor will request a copy of your Candidate Performance Report (CPR) to identify areas of improvement."
For your convenience, you can book each session as you go along (weekly, twice weekly, etc.). NO LONG-TERM COMMITMENTS OR EXPENSIVE PACKAGES REQUIRED. Pay for each session INDIVIDUALLY, so you can get the support you need without breaking the bank. We recommend booking only ONE Session to start!"
